We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for handling key customer base relationships, inquiries, and lead requests to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the Boars Head marketing plan
  • Penetrate and saturate prospective and existing customer organizations for effective multi-department selling
  • Issue and follow-up on proposals by negotiating the issue and following-up on contractual agreements
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality group sales, customer service, or related field
  • Exceptional prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Hotel Management Systems
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
