We are seeking a Banquet Cook to join our Culinary team! As an integral part of our banquet service, you will be assisting the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in the daily planning and production of all meals served from the Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full working knowledge of menu and station readiness
  • Prepare food items using methods such as broiling, grilling, smoking, sauting and poaching
  • Enforce the Boar's Head standards for quality, presentation and consistency
  • Check the readiness of each station prior to service to ensure adequate levels of product and production and to avoid shortfalls during service period
  • Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of large volume food preparation
  • Advanced kitchen organizational skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Three years culinary experience in hospitality
  • American Culinary Federation Certified Cook/Culinarian
